HELP PLEASE - Ziganetta? Ziganet?

I am trying to confirm the name of a Sicilian card game. I think it
is called ziganet or ziganette or ziganetta. Anyone have any ideas
about this? I just need the right name. Thanks

I played it every night when i lived in syracuse NY in 1974-75
